I threw some flour under the dough hook while I made coffee this morning. Baked a cob loaf timed so it was still warm at lunch. Grabbed some cherry tomatoes and a fist full of basil leaves on my way past out of the ex-games- (now school- ) room, and made the freshest bruschetta I’ve ever eaten.
The kids liked the look of my bruschetta yesterday and decided to have a crack at making their own today.
