I am a front-end web developer whose slowly getting further and further into more back-end technologies too.
Outside of that i love to sketch (digitally and traditionally), do photography, play video games, as well as do aerial fitness.

If you are already familiar with the Fediverse, it's a good time to search for introductions, maybe even set the search as a column for a bit, and follow interesting new people. Newcomers are often a bit confused as to how to find people, and being followed gives them a place to start.
A few years ago I made this flow chart of which Mastodon posts end up in which timelines!
So, you can see how each instance will have a different local timeline, and even a slightly different federated timeline - and you can see why the federated timeline moves so much faster than the local one, too.
This is why it's important to boost good posts and use hashtags - the fediverse is fragmented and harder to search by nature.
I took some incredible photos during the hikes too - but my leggies are so sore and my camera's all the way over theeeeere...
I finish a 4 day hiking trip, and then i i check the news and social media, and- well- I'm now here again.
