Rclone (rclone.org) is a neat little multi-platform command line utility to access/mount just about any remote cloud storage as a network drive on a machine; DropBox, OneDrive, GoogleDrive, S3 buckets, SFTP, you name it. I’ve been looking for a way to mount Dropbox as a network drive without syncing for ages and this does the trick. I’m currently busy mounting all my boxen on each other.

@jimbob god I will never tire of the word 'boxen'

thank you for delivering it to my eyes once more

@jimbob
This is my go-to for encrypting and backing up files to my #Nextcloud instance via the terminal. I don't trust Nextcloud at-rest or e2e #encryption yet.

@jimbob
You can mount? Didn't know that till now. Thanks.

I thought one could only sync/copy back and forth with rclone.
