work: first annoyance

When I've put a lot of effort into building something that works, and works well. But the client doesn't want it deployed like that. Boss is spitting chips, too.

OK, so now I get to rebuild it all for Windows. Useful exercise anyway, so all good. Boss not fantastically happy, but we're trying to make the best of a shitty situation.

@grumpysmiffy Oh was this one of those “we assumed you knew it was for the only computer platform in the world” moments?

@futzle It was supposed to be SaaS, but then it had to run on their Windows server. No, we won't put Docker on it*, so you can just shift the containers off your working-perfectly EC2 instance.

Urgently and paying badly aren't making my boss a happy person. But it won't be the last time we have to do this, so documentation is the order of the day.

*The whole idea was for this to be something that runs from a Docker image, with config mounted as a volume.
