Due to erratic behaviour of my XYZ table, ordered a replacement controller, looks as close to what I have as I can find.

If that doesn't work? Try a separate PSU for the laser.

@urbanfuzzy It's bloody erratic. Anything with curves (lots of points) it'll get so far, the laser dims, motors stop. Sometimes it won't even start unless I disconnect one or more of the axis motors.

I suspect instability on one or more of the power rails. Hoping swapping out will fix it, but might have to look at powering the laser head separately.
