First day of actually sitting down in my office doing the new job.
Trying to figure how to deal with not so much a learning curve as a learning ordinate (axis). And my colleagues can't really tell me, as the way we're working together is new for all of us, so we have to pretty much make it up as we go along.
So - today will be setting up tools, figuring out process, then documenting for feedback. Breaking everything into manageable chunks.
Part of the challenge is to come up with processes to work around executive dysfunction, and I tell you that ain't easy.
My only experience with being able to get shit done was when hypomanic, and it's not something that can be switched on and off, so have to capture the essence of WHAT I did, rather than how.
