Lamb is in the barbecue.
Later it will be joined by potatoes, and some capsicum if there are a few decent ones on the plant in the veggie garden.
Elsewhere, I’m thinking just some carrot, beans and zucchini (the latter also dependent on the veggie garden, but some husky bois have come off in recent days so I’m hopeful there’s some still around).
Potatoes (bought) and pumpkin (vegetable garden) going in with the lamb in about 15 minutes.
Capsicum will go in a bit after that.
Zucchini and carrot will just nuke in the microwave for 3 minutes when everything else comes off.
Bought from local shops - carrots, potatoes, lamb
From the veggie garden - pumpkin, zucchini, capsicums
Additional discovery today is that my probe thermometer is absolutely not working properly.
Yeah so that dinner fed four adults, one three year old and provided leftovers for three lunches.
