I broke up the proposal to create 2 new platforms / portals, and thoroughly overhaul another, into 8 distinct phases
and the boss has said 3 of those phases need to be moved up into phase one...
...completely missing the meaning of the word priority, missing the interdependent nature of all the work, and imagining we have far greater resources than we actually do.
