In the last 2 weeks, my mental health has felt better than it has in ages.
6 weeks ago I started taking SSRIs for depression.
2 weekends ago I ran a large scout camp involving 6 months of planning and it went really well (relieved it went well *&* that it's over).
A week ago I started a job with a previous employer (who reached out to me; I didn't seek it) so now I have more reliable work.
Any/all of these could be contributing to my good mental health.
Dunno how long this will last but wanted to document it.



@mattcen whoa, what a ride! Maybe not a ride, maybe a triathlon ;) It sounds like the inverse of burnout.
